Suspicious Activity/Crime Report
The Suspicious Activity/Crime Report allows a resident who is witness to a crime or suspicious activity to easily collect information that police consider key facts in helping to prevent crimes and prosecute perpetrators.

Every resident in Wellington should have one of these printed out and easily accessible.

Family Information
This is a tool that stays with the resident, not the block captain or chairperson. It is a personal data sheet that provides police with relevant information, lets them know who the right people are to contact, if necessary, and provides ways to reach such people in the event that a crime has occured in a Wellington home and the residents are not home or are unable to respond to police.

This one-sheeter helps explain what the the neighborhood watch is for and how you can participate.

Watch Section Map
This map shows all watch sections and identifies them by number. Addresses for all residences are also shown. (This may take a few minutes to load.)

Sign-up Sheet
This helps to enlist potential volunteers, block captains and to gather the signatures of neighborhood supporters that you will need to provide to the police to become an active watch.

Block Captain Orientation Presentation
This is a downloadable self-extracting zip file that can be used for a block captain orientation.

Telephone Tree
This is a downloadable self-extracting zip file containing a Word document. It is used for rapid communication throughout the neighborhood. It may be effective for helping to locate a lost child or to give a heads up about a perpetrator or dangerous person in the neighborhood.

Gang Symbols
This three-page PDF shows symbols used by gangs to communicate the vulnerability of homes and owners to each other.
