The board of the Wellington Homeowners Association is proud to present this website to our fellow residents as a way to enhance the level of communication as it applies to events, issues and general information concerning our community.

            Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our site. We encourage you to register information you and your family, including your email address so that we can communicate electronically any ongoing information that may be important to you regarding your community. This site is now taking precendence as a communication tool to our community over our Wellington Word newsletter.

             Also feel free to either call us direct or email us on any issues within the neighborhood or comments and suggestions on improving our service to you.

           As you know in our community the first quarter is important in paying our bills. The Wellington Community receives revenue almost exclusively from our homeowner association fees. These fees primarily serve to maintain the common area grounds as well as the recreational complex which includes our pool, tennis court and playground. We as homeowners are billed in four installments of $100.00 each, due respectively on January 1st, February 1st, March 1st and April 1st. Each of us received in the mail a packet containing our Association billing coupons in December along with our annual budget as to where these funds are utilized. Your prompt payment of these four installments is greatly appreciated and will serve to minimize costs incurred in their collection. If any problems arise or questions, we encourage you to contact Cline & Co. @ (704) 333-9601. Our property manager is Roger Huntley. Wellington employs Cline to manage our community and has serviced our association for the better part of the last twenty years.
