How are decisions made for the community? |
| |
Wellington has a seven member board, of which one seat is co-chaired. Finally we have a representative from Cline & co who manages the receipts of our annual dues. This brings our board total to 9 members. This board meets monthly to oversee costs for the community. The board is elected annually at the conclusion of our year end meeting which occurs by the 3rd week in January.

After reading the by-laws, if I am still uncertain after reading all the covenants on an addition or a fence in the neigborhood where do I turn? |
| |
For any structural additions or changes you can email the board with your plans as well as obtain all necessary permits from Mecklenburg county.
