Are there two Wellington websites? |
| |
Yes, we are making changes to both sites, so please check regularly. This site, www.wellingtonword.org, will continue to be used for neighborhood information and communication of neighborhood events. The Community Association Management site for our neighborhood, www.wellington-hoa.com, will be used for management issues: making payments, architectural change requests, reporting violations, etc.

I received a violation letter, what should I do? |
| |
Do not ignore the letter!
Please - remedy the situation,
- and/or respond to community Association Management, as instructed in your letter.
Community Association Management inspects homes, sends letters, or tracks responses and questions to those letters on behalf of the board. Community Association Management can provide details if the homeowner is uncertain of the problem or thinks the violation is in error. The board will respond, via Community Association Management, to all requests from home owners to remedy a violation, including reasonable requests for time to complete repairs.

How are decisions made for the community? |
| |
Wellington has a seven member board, of which one seat is co-chaired. Finally we have a representative from Cline & co who manages the receipts of our annual dues. This brings our board total to 9 members. This board meets monthly to oversee costs for the community. The board is elected annually at the conclusion of our year end meeting which occurs by the 3rd week in January.
